WWII MEMORIES



The Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg is proud to present memories of our veterans and their experiences during WWII.
The following is a 30 minute video.  Some of the pictures are personal, the archived pictures are off the Internet.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of Pearl Harbor.  Veterans Day will be on 11/11/11 this year.  That happens every 100 years, but every year Veterans Day is special.  The Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg just completed a three month project interviewing eight WWII veterans and capturing their memories.  Not because of Veterans Day but because it needed to be done.
